The Master's degree program in “International Management“ is a four semester graduate program leading to the degree "Master of Arts in Business", equivalent to a Master's degree. It is aimed at students with a completed undergraduate degree (a minimum of a bachelor degree or equivalent) in business administration or a similar area. Building upon the foundations of an undergraduate degree in business, the program in International Management aims at developing the managerial and strategic skills of its participants. Students will not only receive a thorough introduction to the fundamentals of international business, but they will also have the opportunity to acquire specific knowledge and skills in the areas of International Marketing, Sales and Distribution as well as International Management and International Strategy. At the end of the program, students will be able to formulate and implement successful strategies for international markets.

Career Prospects

Graduates of this program will be prepared for careers in companies which do business internationally, ranging from exports, licensing and joint ventures to foreign subsidiaries. Graduates with limited work experience will be working in entry-level managerial positions with an emphasis on foreign market entry, global sourcing, or the management of foreign operations. Graduates with prior multiple years of work experience will be prepared for a future career as managers in positions with increased responsibility.
