Mit einem Diplom in Internationalem Management und mehrjähriger Arbeitserfahrung in unterschiedlichen Ländern (USA, Italien, Philippinen, Indien) hat sich Lisa Mahajan einen soliden Hintergrund in der Arbeit mit öffentlichen und privaten Institutionen (Profit und Non-Profit) aufgebaut. Derzeit arbeitet sie als Hochschullektorin und Projektmanagerin am Institut für Internationales Management mit einem SChwerpunkt auf der Koordination und Partizipation in zahlreichen EU-geförderten Projekten (Projektschienen: Erasmus+, LLL, Tempus u.ä.) Ihr wissenschaftlicher Fokus liegt beim Thema "Unternehmertum" und der Anpassung des Qualifikationsangebots und der Qualifikationsnachfrage zwischen Hochschulen und dem Arbeitsmarkt. Sie unterrichtet "Projekt: International Business Modelling & Community Work" im 6. Semester des Bachelorstudiums "Management internationaler Geschäftsprozesse" und "Business Lab" im Masterprogramm "Business in Emerging Markets". Sie ist ständiges Jurymietglied bei den European Youth Awards.
