• cost accounting and controlling in nutrition management

Learning outcomes
Students acquire skills in project and quality management and nutrition marketing. The legal regulations for health professions provide the basis for career entry. Students also learn the basics of business administration
On completion of the module students will be able to:
--> recognise the scope of competence of other health professions and other professions and work together in multi-professional teams;
--> recognise the limits of independent work and place it in context with the relevant legal provisions;
--> develop, shape and perform their work (especially freelance work) based on organisational and business management principles;
--> work in accordance with economic, ecological principles and professional regulations
