Classes and lectures are held in Bad Gleichenberg as well as in the Health Perception Lab<\/strong> of the Institute of Dietetics and Nutrition in Graz. The lab features modern sensory booths<\/strong> which can be flexibly adapted to a range of ergonomic requirements. It also includes a perception room<\/strong> equipped with the latest audiovisual tools such as a mobile eye tracker<\/strong>, a face reader<\/strong>, a one-way observation mirror<\/strong> and an interactive learning game<\/strong>. A special feature is the so-called ‘baby tracker’<\/strong>, which can be used to record and interpret babies’ facial and gesture reactions to food stimuli. <\/p>\n

The lab also provides the opportunity to precisely identify the body composition of children and adults using bio-impedance analysis<\/strong> and the body composition of babies using densitometry<\/strong>, which can be used to draw conclusions about their nutritional status.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
