Course content

This course unit provides the following learning content:
- Modelling of service components based on requirements specifications using technical tools
- Practical implementation of technical modules for digital services

...Classifications for the organisational structure of technical services;
...Technical methods and tools for service monitoring, including customer satisfaction measurement;
