Intensive networking with the startup ecosystem on a local, national and international level

During the degree programme, there are unique opportunities for targeted networking with the Styrian, national and international start-up ecosystem. You will build up your personal network right from the start and make valuable contacts for your entrepreneurial career.

Your entry into the local startup ecosystem

From the very first semester, you will get to know key players in the start-up scene, including the Science Park, the Steirische Wirtschaftsförderungsgesellschaft (SFG), the Gründungsgarage, the Social Business Hub and the start-up service of the Styrian Economic Chamber. Through the co-organisation of events such as FuckUp Nights Graz and Ideentriebwerk events, these connections are deepened and the basis for a strong, sustainable network is laid. This network continues after graduation and is maintained through regular alumni events.

Excursions to international start-up hotspots

Each cohort also completes two guided excursions – one national and one international. Here we meet key players from the Austrian start-up network such as Austrian Startups, aws, FFG, WeXelerate or Female Founders. At the same time, you will experience the dynamics of international startup hotspots such as Berlin, Lisbon or Tallinn to be inspired by innovative ideas and build networks across the regional ecosystem.
