Unterst&uuml;tzt werden Sie dabei von erfolgreichen Startup-Gr&uuml;nder:innen, die Sie als Coaches begleiten. Diese unterst&uuml;tzen Sie dabei, Ihre Gesch&auml;ftsideen kritisch zu reflektieren, die Marktf&auml;higkeit zu pr&uuml;fen und kontinuierlich Feedback zu Pitches, Simulationen und Testverfahren f&uuml;r Ihr Minimum Viable Product (MVP) zu erhalten. Technische Unterst&uuml;tzung erhalten Sie in den <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Tech Labs<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, wo Sie digitale oder hybride Gesch&auml;ftsmodelle testen k&ouml;nnen.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Die Schwerpunkte der Startup Labs im &Uuml;berblick:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Startup Lab 1: Experiencing Tech (die Basis f&uuml;r die Innovation legen und l&ouml;senswerte Probleme identifizieren)<\/li>\n<li>Startup Lab 2: Customer Discovery &amp; Product Market Fit (f&uuml;r welche Zielgruppe und wie soll die L&ouml;sung gebaut werden)<\/li>\n<li>Startup Lab 3: Digital MVPs &amp; Technical Feasibility (in die Umsetzung gehen mit den ersten Prototypen). Dar&uuml;ber hinaus steht Ihnen unser&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fh-joanneum.at\/topics\/startuphub\/\">Startup Hub<\/a>&nbsp;zum Experimentieren zur Verf&uuml;gung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Ergebnisse dieser intensiven Arbeit flie&szlig;en in Ihre Masterarbeit ein, die den MVP oder Prototypen Ihres Innovationsprojektes umfassen kann.&nbsp;Ihre pers&ouml;nliche Vorbereitung dazu startet bereits im 2. Semester (Individual Project Work 1: Startup Research) und 3. Semester (Individual Project Work 2: Tech Lighthouse Project), um im vierten Semester Ihre Masterarbeit mit einem begleitenden Master&lsquo;s Thesis Seminar verfassen zu k&ouml;nnen.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ich m&ouml;chte kein eigenes Unternehmen gr&uuml;nden &ndash; welche M&ouml;glichkeiten gibt es?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Alternativ zur Entwicklung eigener Startup-Ideen haben Sie die M&ouml;glichkeit,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>als <strong>Co-Founder:in<\/strong> bei bestehenden Innovationsprojekten einzusteigen<\/li>\n<li>oder als <strong>Intrapreneur:in<\/strong> an&nbsp;realen Innovationsprojekten etablierter Unternehmen&nbsp;zu arbeiten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hier l&ouml;sen Sie spannende Challenges aus den Innovationsabteilungen renommierter Unternehmen (bis dato AVL List GmbH\/Creators Expedition, Raiffeisenlandesbank Steiermark\/Hummelnest Accelerator, Greiner Innoventures, Paypal, TeleHaase, Pioneers, Next Incubator\/Energie Steiermark, LebensGro&szlig;, WienEnergie etc., welche Sie dann als eigenes Innovationsprojekt bis zur Masterarbeit vertiefen k&ouml;nnen. Durch Wahlf&auml;cher (zB. &bdquo;Elective 1b for Intrapreneurs: Smart Services &amp; Automation&ldquo;, &bdquo;Elective 2: Open Campus&ldquo; und &bdquo;Electives 3: Interdisciplinary and International Competences&ldquo; k&ouml;nnen Sie ihre Innovationsf&auml;higkeiten individuell weiter vertiefen.
