This not only deepens their understanding of the industry, but also expands specific professional competences.<\/p>\n<p>By working on practical projects, students learn how to solve complex problems in a team and how to take responsibility for projects independently. These skills are particularly in demand in the e-sports industry, where innovation and flexibility are essential.<\/p>\n<p>Students have the opportunity to work with well-known e-sports organisations, gaming companies, event agencies or media, for example with major e-sports organisers, game developers or sponsors such as ESL, Red Bull or Riot Games.<\/p>\n<p>Students also find topics for their Master&rsquo;s thesis through practical projects. Companies often offer support, which further increases the chances of professional collaboration.
