Course content

Personnel development measures, change management, self-learning organisations, special features of safety and risk management in the health sector as an integral part of strategic corporate management, crisis management, operational and strategic controlling of non-profit companies, public procurement law

Learning outcomes

The aim of the focus is to understand and apply the management of IT operations and application development in technical, organizational, legal and entrepreneurial terms. This includes tasks from line responsibility as well as from project tasks.
