Course content
Projects for the development of operational application systems and products with software and hardware components (IT systems), planning, organization and control of the projects on the basis of general methods of project management and under consideration of IT-specific requirements and basic conditions, agile software development (e.g. Scrum).
Learning outcomes
The aim of the focus is to understand and apply the management of IT operations and application development in technical, organizational, legal and entrepreneurial terms. This includes tasks from line responsibility as well as from project tasks.
