Course content
- Acquisition of measurement data such as acceleration, inclination, angular velocity, distance
- Wireless transmission of measurement data from a mobile application and visualisation on a PC
- Integration of sensor data in an existing algorithm
- Simulation of algorithms
- Testing of source code
Learning outcomes
Graduates
- attain basic knowledge of statistics and probabilistic calculations,
- aquire the about the fundamentals in wireless data transmission and visualisation,
- learn to handle microcontroller platforms,
- are familiar with different sensors used in the automotive sector and their functional principles respectively,
- are able to analyze sensor data,
- are able to use control systems within practical applications and
- are able to independently solve problems using appropriate sensor systems.
