Course content

- robotics (fundamentals of kinematics, robot types, applications)
- sensor technology (with a focus on the measurement of non-electrical physical quantities)
- actuator technology (electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic actuators)
- process control and monitoring (basic methods and standards / ASAM,
examples of industrial systems)
- systems analysis and design of automation systems

Graduates are familiar with the key subjects of automation, such as robotics, sensor technology, actuator technology as well as process control and monitoring.
