• Introduction to business management
• Corporate forms (differences from a business management perspective)
• Financing (excluding export)
• External accounting and operative controlling
• Balance sheet (content and understanding)
• Ratio analysis

Learning outcomes

Graduates

• are introduced to business management and current business law,
• understand corporate functions and their interrelations and can explain financing tools and their application
• are able to explain simple balance sheets and analyse them using indicators and ratios.
