Andrew Simon comes from New York, he studied at New York University School of Law and works as a Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.

Andrew Simon of the Boston Consulting Group spoke about his experience in handling big corporate mergers in a guest lecture in Martin Gruber´s "Mergers & Acquisitions" class.

Based on real-life examples, he spoke about the challenges and risks in each stage of a merger and answered questions from the students.
