Design Shop | A redesign concept of a shop entrance
How to design and implement solutions while considering all the important design elements under restrictive circumstance
What is perception? Color, form and material are usually given priority during the implementation of design concepts. Often neglected aspects are: space, movement and light. The first part of this thesis includes an intensive examination of the basics of sensory perception, especially visual perception.
The design concept for the design shop Formadoma was created and documented. In particular two aspects require special attention: the limiting local conditions and the criterion of perception.
