The central question of this Bachelor’s Thesis is how a good image film is made. By taking a closer look at a bad example, the problems of image films are identified. That shows how important storytelling really is. Good storytelling needs a good script. And a good script needs a closer look at the target audience, a creative briefing, and a closer inspection of the end devices. Accompanying this, the author of the Bachelor’s Thesis produced an image film for a photo retailer, taking the criteria of a good image film as a model.
