Bernhard Guggenberger works as a research assistant at the Institute Physiotherapy. His work focuses mainly on biomechanics, movement analysis and technical developments for therapy. A further focus of his work lies in the field of telerehabilitation.

2013 Graduation from the Higher Technical School Zeltweg for Mechanical Engineering. 2014-2015 Study of physics at Graz University of Technology, 2015-2018 Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy at FH JOANNEUM Graz, 2018-2020 Master's degree in Health Assisting Engineering at FH Campus Wien.

Bernhard Guggenberger worked as a student assistant at FH JOANNEUM Graz, before he got employed as a research assistant in 2018.

In addition to his research activities, Bernhard Guggenberger teaches basic movement science at the Bachelor's degree program in Physiotherapy. Further, he teaches biomechanical and physical principles as an external lecturer at the Bachelor's degree programme in Physiotherapy at FH Burgenland.
