Bianca Fuchs-Neuhold, health scientist and public health expert, is head of the interdisciplinary Health Perception Lab – Laboratory for sensory and health, at FH JOANNEUM, University of Applied Sciences. In addition to managing numerous research projects, her expertise lies in the field of public health and health promotion. Due to her research area on women’s health within a pilot study at the health perception lab (PhD-thesis: The Impact of Pregnancy and Delivery on Lifestyle Associated Risk Factors in Mothers: a 1-Year Follow Up) and her expertise in health impact assessments, she is interested in collaborating with numerous disciplines in the area of public health. Because of her experiences in managing large-scale projects, her effort is to exploit synergies (networks, infrastructure and knowledge exchange) to improving the work in the field of health sciences.
