Sandra Meier teaches and researches at the Institute of International Management & Entrepreneurship.

She coordinates and teaches the specialisation track "Global Green and Social Business" in the Master's programme "Global Strategic Management". Furthermore, she supervises the professional internships in the Bachelor's programme "Management internationaler Geschäftsprozesse".

Her research topics: Green skills development, sustainable business models, green business development, circular economy, green and social entprepreneurship.
She leads and collaborates in several EU projects.

Work experience:
>10 years of experience in EU project management
several years of work in an NGO on the topics: Re-use, waste management, sustainable lifestyle, etc. (ARGE Abfallvermeidung, nachhaltige Entwicklung und Ressourcenschonung GmbH)
Development of business fields in the environmental sector for social enterprises (BAN Sozialökonomische BetriebsgmbH).

Certification "Business Sustainability Management" at the Institute for Sustainability Leadership of the University of Cambridge.
Master's and Bachelor's degree in "Environmental Systems Science with a focus on Economics" at the Karl-Franzens University of Graz
Semester abroad at the Université de Montréal, Canada (focus: environmental economics, sustainable development)
