Stephan Pabst studied Agronomy and Rural Sociology at BOKU - Vienna University of Life Sciences and at the University of Wageningen. In his studies he works in the field of Agro-Food Studies and with qualitative methods of  Social Science and Action Research. He is engaged in the national and international CSA - network and has several years of experience in farmwork. Since August 2017 Stephan Pabst works as researcher for the Transfercenter of Sustainable Food Management. His fokus in research lies in foodsystem research, regional and sustainable food supply chain management and modern aspects of peasant agriculture.
