Since 1 September 2008 this new student residence will provide accommodation for 164 students in single and double rooms. All rooms are fully furnished and have their own shower and WC. Special rooms are also available for disabled people. <\/p>\n

\n<\/em> Price: from 255,- euros\/month (depending on room type) including breakfast buffet (Monday-Friday), regular cleaning and utility costs (heating, power, water, etc.)

\n<\/em> Floor space: 19 to 24 m² depending on room type
\n Shared kitchen on each floor. In-house facilities include laundry, sauna, fitness room, study\/TV room, bicycle storage.
\n<\/em> Friendly atmosphere and joint activities and projects, as in all ÖJAB residences.
\n Parking.
\n<\/em> Rental period: 1 September to 30 June, full year on request. Agreement can be terminated on a semi-annual basis in accordance with Austrian student residence law. <\/p>\n

Bad Gleichenberg hall of residence<\/h4>\n

The student residence has 42 single rooms, with 9 small kitchens for 18 rooms. A large shared kitchen is provided for the other 24 rooms. <\/p>\n
