With extensive expertise and experience in emission measurements, the Automotive Testing Lab has been a trusted partner to international premium automotive manufacturers for many years. We are permanently developing and optimising the measurements, specifications and processes used in the Automotive Testing Lab to continually enhance the quality of our services for our partners and customers.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

The Automotive Testing Lab gradually introduced a comprehensive quality management system in accordance with EN 17025 (“General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories”) back in 2000, since when it has been continually enhanced. In 2004 the Institute of Automotive Engineering was formally recognised according to EN 17025 by Akkreditierung Austria (Austria’s National Accreditation Body), and has maintained this accreditation to the current day.<\/p>\n

In 2020, the Automotive Testing Lab became the first testing lab in Austria to be accredited for exhaust gas measurements using portable emission measurement systems (PEMS). These measurements are taken in road traffic and are part of an EU testing standard for international type approval of passenger cars.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n
