The European university alliance EU4Dual, which includes FH JOANNEUM as a partner, has appointed Dr. Kai Schmidt-Eisenlohr as its new Secretary General. He will assume office on 1 September 2025 and play a key role in shaping the strategic development of the alliance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

With his extensive experience in politics, academia, and business, Schmidt-Eisenlohr will take on crucial responsibilities: coordinating strategic alignment within the alliance, representing EU4Dual’s interests to European institutions, and enhancing the international visibility of dual education.<\/p>\n

“With Dr. Kai Schmidt-Eisenlohr, our alliance is gaining a strategist of Eu-ropean stature who understands and connects academia, politics and business in equal measure. His experience and extensive network will help us to further develop dual higher education as a European success story and raise its international profile. The fact that he himself is a gradu-ate of the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University makes this appointment a particular stroke of luck”, emphasizes Martina Klärle<\/strong>, President of Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.<\/p>\n

FH JOANNEUM is one of the partner universities in EU4Dual. The alliance aims to establish dual higher education as a forward-looking model across Europe and build a multi-campus, multidisciplinary university structure.<\/p>\n
