class=\"major-text-color fst-italic\"><div class=\"module-migration-intro-text\">\n<p>The master project \u201cRecommendation Service for Digital Intervention Pathways\u201d is part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fh-joanneum.at\/en\/projekt\/lethe-%ce%bb%ce%ae%ce%b8%ce%b7\/\">LETHE<\/a>\u00a0research project, which deals with digital support for older people to promote a healthy lifestyle and prevent cognitive decline.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div id=\"\" class=\"wp-block-text-content margin-bottom-normal\">\n    <div class=\"container-lg\">\n        <div class=\"row\">\n            <div class=\"col\">\n                <p>These interventions are based on studies that have shown that a healthy diet, exercise, social contact, adequate sleep, cognitive exercise and stress management can positively influence cognitive performance. Data are collected from study participants and used to define personalized digital interventions based on medical expertise from various disciplines in the form of clear &ldquo;rules&rdquo;. These rules are examples of possible use cases and are visualized in the LETHE Dashboard. With the help of these rules, which have been defined with clinicians, certain intervention processes are to be controlled automatically. The focus is on the modularity of the rules because they can be exchanged and adapted to the patients.<\/p>\n<h4>Objectives<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Integration of the existing AI models into the LETHE dashboard<\/li>\n<li>Definition of decision rules for the automated recommendation of the intervention path based on the individual risk\/protection factors<\/li>\n<li>Implementation and integration of the recommendation service<\/li>\n<li>Visualization of the risk profile and the initial intervention recommendation<\/li>\n<li>Generation of a target group-specific recommendation report incl. export function (e.g. pdf)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Result<\/h4>\n<p>The service was successfully implemented. As part of this, the categories &ldquo;Participant Summary&rdquo;, &ldquo;Initial Risk Profile&rdquo; and &ldquo;Initial Intervention Recommendation&rdquo; have been revised. Clinicians now have the option of viewing patient-specific intervention recommendations directly in the dashboard. Each domain is color-coded, while the underlying composition of the recommendation is broken down by percentage &ndash; domains and their associated features are visualized. It is also possible to enter new values and start a simulation with these. For documentation purposes, a report can also be generated as a PDF that summarizes all relevant information from the dashboard.<\/p>\n\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n
