These elements are defined by a novel delivery system, the associated delivery vehicle, and an implemented container system designed for logistical requirements. The core idea of the concept is based on the premise that, through a semi-autonomous vehicle system, local retailers gain the opportunity to both send and order goods. At the same time, private online parcel orders are not neglected but instead consolidated and delivered by suppliers to parcel stations.<\/p>\n<p>The design of the delivery vehicle plays a crucial role in making this possible.
