implement innovative technological, organizational and social solutions for a fairer food value chain in the fruit, vegetable and dairy sector. <\/p>\n<p>At the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fh-joanneum.at\/en\/institut\/applied-production-sciences\/\">Institute of Applied Production Sciences<\/a>, the infrastructure of the new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fh-joanneum.at\/en\/research\/research-centres\/food-processing-lab\/\">Food Processing Lab<\/a> will be used. Methodologically, a co-creative process is conducted together with stakeholders from the agriculture and the food sector. Innovations are developed and implemented in a so-called <strong>Food Incubator Hub<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>The Sustainable Food Systems research team will receive support from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.isi.fraunhofer.de\/en.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Institute for Systems and Innovation Research<\/a> of the Fraunhofer Gesellschaft zur F&ouml;rderung der Angewandten Forschung.
