Environmental & Business Law

Course content
This course focuses on providing the fundamentals of law, the Austrian legal system and the basics of EU law. Practically relevant topics such as contract, business and tort law are also covered. Students also receive an introduction to the fundamentals of environmental constitutional law.
Learning outcomes
The aim is to give the students the basic concepts of the economic design of projects, the necessary technical terminology and an overview of the relevant environmental and business law matters. Furthermore, basic rhetoric and presentation techniques are to be treated as the cornerstone for successful project management and a first specialization in English for business matters is to be given.
