Course content

This course gives an overview of environmental law, nature conservation, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), laws pertaining to water and waterways, waste legislation, environmental private law, hazardous goods, environmental management systems, public participation/citizens' rights, certified experts and expert opinions.

Learning outcomes

This module provides students with advanced management skills with a special focus on infrastructure management and the official procedures and marketing challenges involved.
