Introduction to energy technology

Course content

This lecture gives an introduction to electrical and thermal energy generation and distribution. It covers the fundamentals of electrical engineering and thermodynamics and provides and introduction to energy management for power, heat and gas.

Learning outcomes

The students know the essential basics of energy technology and are able to understand, critically discuss and apply the topics mentioned above.
Acquisition of knowledge for the following courses such as energy sources, energy technology etc.
