Applied Mathematics & Statistics II

Course content

This integrated course teaches students to solve relevant tasks of Module NWG1 using numerical approaches. They learn to use office software and receive an introduction to the use of the MATLAB/Simulink software package.

Learning outcomes

Module NWG2 provides more detailed knowledge of the technical subjects of electrical engineering, thermodynamics and applied mathematics and statistics covered in Module NWG1. Students also learn to use CAD tools in planning and design and are made familiar with the physical properties of building materials relevant for the degree programme.
