Project, Process and Quality Management

Course content

This course provides students with the fundamental principles of project management, process management and quality management. They learn a structured project approach as a basis for other courses and as preparation for the world of work. The course covers the fundamentals of project management (e.g. classical basic functions and methods of project management), process management (e.g. definition of core processes and support processes) and quality management.

Learning outcomes

This module provides students with the fundamental principles of project management, process management and quality management. Another focus is placed on building technology and building management.
