Why I love my job:
Because it is our company and I can take pleasure in my work here. I can fully develop at MAKAvA and work on projects independently. Rarely are two days the same and it is tremendously fulfilling to play a direct part. In short, the work is meaningful and fulfilling because we also focus on sustainability and the common good.

My biggest accomplishment so far:
Complete development and expansion process, meaning that MAKAvA delighted ice tea is now available in the retail and catering trade across Austria. We have also succeeded in putting together a team of 12 people and ensured that we can remain self-sufficient over the next few years.
How I found my current job:
I have known about MAKAvA from the outset and so it was only a matter of time until I ‘began’ a fixed role with MAKAvA again.
What I learned for this job during my studies:
That you should always look beyond the horizon and question things with a critical eye.

About my job:
It is exciting and interesting to see that we, as a relatively small team, can keep up with the big players in the industry as well as gaining their attention and respect through our work and passion. I am also proud of what we have achieved and should continue to achieve with our capacities and possibilities (financial, HR).
