I can fully develop at MAKAvA and work on projects independently. Rarely are two days the same and it is tremendously fulfilling to play a direct part. In short, the work is meaningful and fulfilling because we also focus on sustainability and the common good. <\/p>\n<h4>Important skills in my job:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Social skills<\/li>\n<li>Management skills<\/li>\n<li>Team work<\/li>\n<li>Empathy<\/li>\n<li>Politeness<\/li>\n<li>Respect<\/li>\n<li>Self confidence<\/li>\n<li>Honesty<\/li>\n<li>Fairness<\/li>\n<li>Very important &ndash; reliability <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>My biggest accomplishment so far:<\/h4>\n<p>Complete development and expansion process, meaning that MAKAvA delighted ice tea is now available in the retail and catering trade across Austria. We have also succeeded in putting together a team of 12 people and ensured that we can remain self-sufficient over the next few years. <\/p>\n<h4>How I found my current job:<\/h4>\n<p>I have known about MAKAvA from the outset and so it was only a matter of time until I &lsquo;began&rsquo; a fixed role with MAKAvA again.<\/p>\n<h4>What I learned for this job during my studies:<\/h4>\n<p>That you should always look beyond the horizon and question things with a critical eye.<\/p>\n<h4>Job prospects in my field:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Very varied and exciting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>I am:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>honest<\/li>\n<li>sporty<\/li>\n<li>always on hand to help my team<\/li>\n<li>reliable<\/li>\n<li>up for having fun <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>About my job:<\/h4>\n<p>It is exciting and interesting to see that we, as a relatively small team, can keep up with the big players in the industry as well as gaining their attention and respect through our work and passion.
