Learning outcomes

After completing the course, students can:

• Efficiently apply project management, project planning and project controlling methods in the context of company tasks
• Apply holistic methods for successful project management
• Identify the expectations of the stakeholders involved in different projects and derive action steps
• Coordinate networked process flows in projects and involve interested stakeholders efficiently
• Identify requirements for project managers and team members and assign the tasks required for efficient project management
• Plan and model processes in the context of product development efficiently and purposefully
• Analyze in-house processes, design the work-flow and successfully accompany the process implementation
