Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students are able to:
• Efficiently apply methods of supply chain management and the planning of logistics and procurement processes in the context of operational tasks
• Use important concepts of medium-term planning of supply chain management activities in a targeted manner
• Identify the expectations of the stakeholders involved in logistics and procurement processes and derive action steps from them
• Coordinate networked processes in logistics projects and efficiently involve stakeholders involved
• Efficiently and purposefully plan and model processes as part of supply chain management projects
• In the case of internal logistics and procurement processes, design the work flow and successfully accompany the process implementation
