Learning outcomes

After completing the course, students are able to:

• Characterize tasks and role understanding between HR managers and executives at the operational level
• Explain methods and concepts for staff admission, personnel development and personnel controlling
• Understand leadership theories, leadership tools, leadership and leadership styles, and impart them through exercises / role-playing games
• Explain methods of lean management in human resources
• Explain the necessary framework conditions and measures for successful personnel management
• Specify job satisfaction criteria, employee motivation and retention
