• Business environment analysis and search for commercial partnership
• Country and site assessment for internationalization strategies
• Intercultural understanding, conflict management and mediation
• Strategic significance of the southeastern neighboring countries
• Case studies and guest lecturers

Learning outcomes

After successfully completing the course, students are able to:

• Assess the different types of international activities in terms of their dissimilarities and influences
• Accompany international cooperation
• Analyze and assess location advantages and location disadvantages
• Evaluate business processes in interaction with international activities
