Course content

Discussion and analysis of the Diplom thesis with classmates and teachers. Selected issues related to writing the thesis in English.

Learning outcomes

The students will be able to find solutions for a complex task in a manufacturing company by applying their theoretical and practical knowledge. They will be able to take responsibility for the complete planning and implementation of the project, lead working groups and integrate outside expertise, resulting in an innovative solution that shows the way to the future. They will also be able to incoporate principles of sustainable business and technology into their work and to evaluate accurately the results. Through the process of writing and presenting their Diplom thesis in English they will acquire the neceesary competence in the use of English as a professional second language.
