Learning outcomes

After completing the course, students are able to:

• Efficiently apply production controlling methods in the context of company tasks
• Use appropriate concepts for the implementation of production controlling in a targeted manner and set up accompanying processes
• Identify the expectations and requirements of the stakeholders involved in production controlling processes and derive action steps from them
• Plan and model measures and processes in the context of production controlling projects efficiently and purposefully
• Plan the development and structure of KPI systems in production and drive their implementation
