• The personality of the manager: personal values, goals, expectations
• The challenges of the market, the customer expectations, the behaviour of the competitors and suppliers
• The societal environment, trends and developments
• The culture, ability to perform, expectations, resources, and key characteristics of the company and its employees
Learning outcomes
The students will be able to see themselves and their work in the context of the company and its international networks and will be able to evaluate effects and perspectives. They will be able to write and present an academic paper in English. The language of instruction is English.

At least three years of a “dual” degree course (degree course combined with on-the-job training) or relevant work experience and English for business and engineering
