Course content

• Implementation and practical application of the acquired theoretical
competences within the scope of the tasks at the partner company
• Concrete participation in value-adding processes and procedures in in-
house project teams and independent handling of company given tasks
• Documentation of the work carried out and tasks completed
• Definition and further development of personal fields of competence and
interests

Learning outcomes

After completing the course, students are able to:

• Link the theoretically conveyed teaching contents with practical tasks in value-adding business processes and understand the resulting interactions
• Further develop the abilities to apply the competences acquired during the theoretical phases in the context of specific operational tasks
• Take on responsibility in the context of projects and subtasks at the partner company and thus further develop their own competences
• Improve their abilities for personal development and focus on their own strengths and interests at the workplace
