Course content

• Supervision of the practical phases completed within the scope of the dual study program in the training partner companies
• Reflection of the practice reports and the draft of the "Scientific Concept"
• Presentation of individual experiences from the operational practice phases
• Group work on tasks and areas of responsibility during completed practical phases
• Deepen the communicative competence and the presentation techniques
• Improve communication and interaction in everyday business and in conflict management situations

Learning outcomes

After completing the course, students can:

• Successfully present individual projects and tasks to larger groups and analyze them as part of group work
• Purposefully reflect and further improve their personal communication skills in daily business life and in the interaction with colleagues, employees and supervisors
• Reflect on own strengths and weaknesses of the occupational field of action, recognize potential for improvement and expand areas of strength
• Recognize personal interests and competences and match them with the requirements of the tasks within the practical phases of the training partner company
