Course content

• Implementation and practical application of the acquired theoretical competences within the scope of the tasks in the training partner company
• Concrete participation in value-adding processes and procedures in in-house project teams and independent handling of company tasks
• Assumption of responsibility in the context of the handling of concrete operational tasks
• Documentation and personal reflection of the work carried out
• Definition and further development of personal fields of competence and interests on the basis of modular Competence Field Reports

Learning outcomes

After completing the course, students are able to:

• Link the theoretically conveyed teaching contents with practical tasks in value-adding business processes and understand the resulting interactions
• Further develop the abilities to apply the competences acquired during the theoretical phases in the context of specific operational tasks
• Take on responsibility in the context of projects and subtasks in the operational phases of the practice and thus further develop their own competences
• To specifically implement the abilities for personal development and concentration on own strengths and interests in the context of the tasks in the operational practice phases
