This is a joint study program (offered by FH JOANNEUM, Mondragon University, ESTIA, and Koszalin University of Technology) developed within the framework of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/eu4dual.education\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">EU4Dual alliance<\/a>.&nbsp;<strong>For the start of the program in autumn 2026, FH JOANNEUM is offering one tuition-free study place.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The application is open to all interested parties with a valid residence permit for the EU. The call is particularly aimed at women as well as individuals from war-torn countries and DAC countries (&ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/content\/dam\/oecd\/en\/topics\/policy-sub-issues\/oda-eligibility-and-conditions\/DAC-List-of-ODA-Recipients-for-reporting-2025-flows.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">least developed countries<\/a>&ldquo;).
