Introduction to Analytical Mechanics: statements of the principle of virtual work, d’Alembert’s principle and Lagrange’s equations of the 2nd kind and their application to particles, systems of particles, rigid bodies and systems of rigid bodies; application of energy principles and variational methods in the strength of materials
