Health and Health Competence

Course content

Definitions of health and various health care models from the field of health science are presented (along with their opportunities) within their historic and legal context and are then discussed and correlated to the students' own understandings of health. Possible roles and opportunities which may emerge for nursing are critically discussed and planned and reflected upon by way of examples.
