Schon als ich mich für das Studium „Industrial Management“ beworben habe, war für mich klar, dass ich alles dafür tun werde, um ein Auslandssemester antreten zu können. Glücklicherweise war dies möglich und ich entschied mich für ein Land und eine Kultur, die mir noch völlig unbekannt war: Mexiko. <\/p>\n

Schon nach den ersten paar Tagen wusste ich, dass ich diese Entscheidung keinesfalls bereuen werde. Am 10. August begann das Semester am Tec de Monterrey, Campus San Luis Potosí, einer der bekanntesten Privatuniversitäten Mexikos. Die Zeit verging rasend schnell, da die Uni für uns „Extranjeros“ Ausflüge geplant hatte und durch das rasche Finden von Freund:innen, sowohl Einheimische als auch andere Austauschstudierende, war fast jedes Wochenende verplant. Um nur ein paar Orte zu nennen, die ich sehen durfte: La Huasteca, Queretaro, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Oaxaca, Cancún, Real de Catorze und viele mehr.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Für mich war das eine Erfahrung, die ich nicht missen möchte. Die mexikanische Kultur, Küche und Sprache sind sowohl abwechslungsreich als auch überaus beeindruckend. Ich empfehle allen, die die Chance haben, nach Mexiko zu kommen, diese wahrzunehmen.<\/p>\n
