Course content

Planning, conducting and documenting a kick-off workshop.
Devising a complete project plan/organisation - in particular the project structure and schedule; as a result writing a project letter of intent/order.
Practical success factors for managing and implementing a project.

Learning outcomes

The students are able to
analyse professionally relevant problems posed within projects, derive suggestions for solutions and assess processed results.
