• Light waves: refraction, diffusion
• Planck's Law of Radiation
Learning outcomes
The students are able to
• apply basic principles of physics in more advanced lectures
• assess problems in engineering
• apply analytical skills to understand complex technical processes
• make a connection between what is technically possible and what is economically required.
• Problem solving methods, in particular in the fields of technical mechanics, solid-state mechanics and thermo-dynamics
