Course content

Necessity of innovation and trends, definition of innovation management, phases of innovation management, methods of innovation management, development of innovation teams, influence factors for innovation management, innovation audit, implementation of innovation projects

Learning outcomes

.) After having successfully completed this module students have acquired a profound knowledge in the field of IT Law: students understand the different functional areas of relevant legal questions and are able to link the learning content together and apply it to practical examples. Contract law and economic basics; training of soft skills; students know the functional areas of relevant legal and economic questions.

.) Introduction to and consolidation of business
administration skills; students know the various functional areas
of business administration and are able to draw connections
between the respective fields and apply them in practice.
